1. Booking & Payment:
- All bookings are confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment.
- The balance amount must be paid in full before the commencement of the tour or event.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure/event date will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting applicable service charges).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure/event date will be charged 50% of the total cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure/event date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
3. Changes in Itinerary or Services:
- Baanjara Tour & Event Management reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel itineraries or services due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or operational reasons).
- Any additional expenses arising from such changes will be borne by the traveler.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents such as government-issued photo ID, passport, visa, permits, and any other required documents.
- We will not be held responsible for denied boarding or entry at destinations due to invalid or incomplete documentation.
5. Liability & Third-Party Services:
- We act only as a facilitator for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other suppliers.
- We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, inconvenience, or additional costs caused by third-party service providers.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct:
- Guests must follow all safety instructions, health guidelines, and local regulations during the trip or event.
- We are not liable for any health issues, accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during the tour/event.
- Misconduct or behavior that disrupts the group or causes damage to property may lead to termination of services without refund.
7. Force Majeure:
- Baanjara Tour & Event Management shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or political instability.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
- By booking a tour or event with Baanjara Tour & Event Management, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
