At Baanjara Tour & Event Management, we strive to deliver quality travel and event experiences. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations by Customers:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure/event date will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting applicable service charges).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the departure/event date will be charged 50% of the total cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure/event date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
2. Cancellations by Baanjara Tour & Event Management:
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour or event, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer (e.g., visa fees, flight tickets) in such cases.
3. Refund Process:
- All approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used during booking.
4. Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services such as visa fees, permits, travel insurance, and bookings with non-refundable suppliers are not eligible for refund.
- Customized packages or services booked as per customer requests may have different refund terms, which will be communicated during booking.
5. Returns for Products (if any):
- If you purchase any physical items (e.g., merchandise, travel kits) from us, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.
- Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
